Shelley is simply an awesome realtor. She is a true professional and will ensure your interests are protected. We were the buyers, and she was our agent. I was so confident in her abilities, we bought a condo sight unseen because we were not able to come to VA at the time.

She understood my family and what we needed and wanted in a home. I picked several from MLS listings she had provided. She did the research. She viewed the homes and came back and described everything I needed to know that was not in the pictures or listing. She discussed what properties were great deals, fast deals, and fabulous properties. She found us something that was all three. Her intution or just plain saviness in real estate guided us to the perfect condo. We submitted an offer on the first day the condo was listed, and it was accepted a few days later.

Shelley guided us through financing and closing while I was away in Rhode Island. She tracked the transaction and kept me informed and primed for any issues. The one issue we had with the condo association she doggedly followed through a weekend until it was resolved on Monday (in our favor). You can count on Shelley, and we think she was the greatest.
